This elegant, white German Shepherd thoroughly enjoys lying on the couch, looking for all the world like she is the king of all he surveys. Though Lucy is only 7 months old, she is a regal-looking specimen of her breed, and the very last thing you’d expect from this dignified and beautiful gal is, well, a fart.
And what a fart! Apparently, this one is the one that puts all others to shame. But what would you expect from such an aristocratic animal? I’m sure everything she does she excels at.

And what does she think about her accomplishment? Not what you’d expect, indeed! The look of surprise on her face is priceless. It’s as though she’s saying, “What was that?”
Just to make sure it wasn’t her – of course not – she checks out the location of the noise. “Did I do that?” she seems to ask.
After making sure that the noise (and smell) came from that general vicinity, she has a decision to make. Stay or leave? What if it wasn’t her, after all? Maybe it was the couch!
Well, whatever it was, she decides an elegant creature like she is shouldn’t be around such a crass action. So she gets up …
... and leaves. Maybe that couch isn’t such a good place to lie down, after all. Not if stuff like this happens when she does!
