Reminiscent of the old Coppertone® commercial with the black puppy pulling the little girl’s bathing suit off, the video below features a white puppy attempting a similar feat.
In the old commercial, which has gone through a slew of iterations, a little black Cocker Spaniel runs up behind a little girl and grabs her bathing suit bottom, trying to pull it off. The little girl is a blonde cutie about 4 or 5 years old. See the photo below:

Fast forward to when the youngster has grown up, and this could be a reenactment of the same person with a different dog, but the same intent.
A cute little white puppy has hold of the string that fastens the blonde woman’s bikini top, and he’s not letting go. All the woman can do is hold on for dear life.
She turns, trying to convince the pup to let go, but he’s not listening to her pleas. Tugging as only a puppy can, he's determined to undress the pretty woman.
The camera man is having a great time, perhaps hoping the dog is successful, as he tugs…
...and tugs!
The woman tries different poses, hoping to get her bathing suit out of his grasp, but she can’t let go of her top! No matter how she turns, that persistent pup hangs on.
Down on her knees, she seems to hope he’ll release her bikini, but he hooks his little paws in the bathing suit bottom, too!
