This guy didn't want a cat but got one anyway, and now he can't put her down

In this life you're either a cat person or you're not. Austin wasn't—or so he thought. Then he met his girlfriend, Gabrielle's, cat Roxy. Even after the couple got married, he only begrudgingly allowed Roxy into their home. He just didn't consider himself a cat person.
"He didn't really like cats but then I came into the relationship with Roxy," Gabrielle said. He only started interacting with Roxy when Gabrielle became pregnant.

At first his involvement was limited to scooping cat litter and occasionally brushing Roxy. Eventually, though, he started holding her. That's when he found out he really was a cat person after all.
First it was just holding her. Then sporadic cuddling. Then snuggling up together every day. "She will meow at my husband until he holds her," Gabrielle said.
Roxy is addicted to Austin. When it gets close to time for him to get home, the cat can be found perched by the window, peering out between the blinds and waiting for him to come through the door.
Austin has grown to love the cat so much that he's actually taken in fosters on occasion. And when there are two cats who need cuddling, Austin's the one to gather them up in his arms and cuddle them.
"It's been eight years, and I'm pretty sure he holds the cat more than our four-year-old son," Gabrielle laughed. He was a guy who reluctantly let a cat in his door and now can't get her out of his heart!
