Cockatiel utterly loses it when he sees turtle's reflection in mirror (video below)

This sweet bird will make you snicker! Acting like a toddler that just saw himself in the mirror for the first time, this bird squeals in delight when he notices his buddies reflection in the mirror. His excited coo is contagious, and then he looks at his owner as if to confirm that she's seeing the other pair of pals too!
His cool-as-a-cucumber turtle friend nonchalantly munches away on his greens, pretty unimpressed with all of the excitement.

According to the National Geographic, most animals don't actually recognize themselves in the mirror and when they see another animal that looks like them, they likely assume it's just another bird. This friendly fowl may be excited because he thinks he sees another pair of buddies that look just like them!
No matter what the reason we think this duo is adorable! If you love these unlikely pals, make sure to share this with your friends on Facebook.
