Cow breaks into family's home. Here are 9 photos showing cow's true antics

Beryl the Brahman is not your usual yearling cow from Down Under. For one thing, she has her own Facebook page. For another, she has a human family she just can't bear to be apart from in her hometown of Georgetown, Queensland in Australia — so one day, she broke in.
When Sally Webster found Beryl in a cattle yard in 2015, she had no idea what kind of mischief she was letting herself and her family into. Beryl was a tiny, scrawny calf who couldn't feed properly from her mother and needed to be bottle-fed. Webster and her family took her back to their farm.

But Beryl soon grew into a very big calf. The problem was that Beryl still thought she was a baby!
So, Sally was quite surprised when she came home from shopping one day in late March 2016 to find 9-month-old Beryl calmly lying down in the living room.
She had broken into the house, looking for her family. Nothing else had been disturbed. Beryl was a polite intruder.
After taking some photos, Sally shooed her back out the door.
This was only one of Beryl's many antics. She also checked out the family's outdoor shower.
Even now, she hopes to get back inside with her beloved family.
And she cherishes her awesome belly rubs.
Beryl became a sensation, both on Facebook and with the local media. But there can be a dark side to instant fame. The Websters were upset when people kept asking them if they would ever eat Beryl. They declared in a Facebook post that she was a part of the family. Beryl now lives in a pen on the farm.
The Websters credit her fame with helping to illuminate rural farm life in Australia and the importance of Brahman cows in the Australian economy. But Beryl herself will always be a beloved pet.
