Baby pulls on cat's legs. Cat's response is going viral

Myths abound about cats and babies. They have for ages. In fact, some are so old their origin is lost in the annals of time. One such myth says that a cat will smell milk on a baby's breath and suck the breath right out of the infant. It's actually a fact that cats are creatures of comfort, and snuggling up with an infant in a crib gives the cat warmth and comfort she so desires.
This baby's mom wasn't so sure she wanted to test out all those old wives tales when she decided to adopt a cat, but what happened next put her mind totally at ease!

The little one's reaction to the cat was so precious and his expression was simply priceless. He gently held onto the cat's back legs and laid his little head down with a smile designed to charm the socks off mom and dad.
The hesitation point came when they waited to see how the cat would respond to the baby's touch. What would the cat do? The baby's expression seems to agree that he's not quite sure, either.
When the cat begins licking the baby's head, another myth (that cats aren't good with babies) bites the dust. She begins to lick the baby's head, exactly like she would do with a kitten! The baby probably wonders what that rough feeling on his noggin is.
Their eyes make contact – and a wonderful relationship is born. Just look at the love on that baby's face as he grins at his new friend.
So he puts his head back down for some more of that cuddling and cleaning, thoroughly enjoying the sensation.
Other myths about cats say that a cat can tell when you're pregnant; if it hears your baby cry, it will harm the baby; and that fleas can kill a baby. All are untrue.
Watch the relationship develop between these two precious souls at its very beginning. It looks like it will be a wonderful one. Share this video with your friends on Facebook and leave your comments.
