Woman screams at veteran for bringing service dog into local restaurant

Many people from different walks of life find comfort and the chance to live life normally thanks to the loyal service dog by their side. In particular, service dogs have been a hugely successful help to military veterans who are suffering from a disability, injury, depression, and PTSD.
Unfortunately, some people in society are not aware of the value that these dogs provide to their owners. Recently, at Kathy's Crab House & Family Restaurant in Delaware City, a customer saw a man with his dog next to him seated near her in the restaurant and lost it.

Ciara Miller declared that the restaurant was "nasty" for allowing this man and his dog to eat there. “I’m not going to keep my voice to myself,” Miller can be seen telling a fellow patron in the video below. “I’m gonna voice it just like I did, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”
In the video, Miller claims that she is the daughter-in-law of a military veteran, but she still had a hard time with a Great Dane wearing a "PTSD Service Dog" vest being in the restaurant.
“So what?” Miller can be heard screaming off-screen. “It’s still nasty to me!”She then proceeds to use profanities and vulgarities against the employees of the restaurant.
The victims of Miller's anger were Ret. U.S. Air National Guard Force Master Sgt. Bill Austin and his service dog, JP. Austin explained that JP "has been trained to help me remember to take my medicine.” The dog even wakes Austin up when he is having nightmares about the combat he's seen.
The owners of Kathy's Crab House was so upset by this woman's actions, but rather than dwell on the negativity associated with the incident, they decided to turn it into a positive. After apologizing to the customers, the owners made this announcement on Facebook:
...we would like to take what may have been perceived as a negative incident and turn this into a positive opportunity, by educating and enlightening the public about the role of service animals and how they help and serve many returning veterans who have suffered serious wounds and injuries, as well as those veterans suffering from PTSD.
So, at this time, we would like to announce that we will be sponsoring a fundraising effort for veterans and service animals thru the Montana Wounded Warriors. We would like to enlist your help as a sponsor, volunteer, or as a donor and help us enlighten and educate the public as well as to help those veterans in need.
Thanks to the restaurant's ownership, some good will come from Miller's ugly rant. Help spread the word about the good that service dogs provide!
