The next time your shipment via UPS is a few minutes late, don't fret. Your driver is probably just taking a moment to snap a selfie with an adorable neighborhood pup to upload to one of the best pages on Facebook: the UPS Dogs page! And who could blame him or her?
UPS driver Sean McCarren created the Facebook page and group to praise the four-legged friends that he and other UPS drivers have made on their routes throughout the last five years. Some drivers have known their canine buddies for quite some time, and other drivers have special treats set aside for their favorite dog customers!
While McCarren moderates the group, the pictures posted to it are crowdsourced and submitted entirely by other "big brown" delivery drivers and UPS customers from all around the country.
The Facebook page is not affiliated with UPS, but a company spokesperson noted that “It’s a good example of the relationships our employees build with their customers, two- or four-legged."
UPS drivers and customers upload the cutest pictures to the page daily. If you are in need of a smile, this is the place to go.
You'll find dogs happily snuggling with and slobbering their UPS friends...
...as well as dogs wolfing down treats...
...and many waiting patiently...
...or not so patiently for their milk bone.
Sometimes there's a line...
...and sometime there's obstacles in the way, but everyone gets a snack in the end.
Occasionally, a cat shows up for some attention...
...and even a goat...
...and a horse!
While dogs mostly dominate the page, it's a great place to go to see all the animals that UPS drivers encounter on their daily travels around America. Head on over to McCarren's page and have your spirits lifted for a little while! Share this beautiful page with your family and friends on Facebook.
