Man brings tiny kitten into pet store in tissue box and leaves before they can say anything. See this kitty now

Hank is a tiny kitten, born on November 10, 2017, but she's already had quite a life. Found at the age of four days and apparently orphaned, she was dropped off in a tissue box at a local Petco. Her initial benefactor only stayed long enough to ask the store staff to take care of the baby before fleeing out the door.
But the staff at Petco aren't trained or allowed to take care of orphaned kittens at the store, so they called in expert help. Enter Hannah Shaw, founder of cat rescue Kitten Lady. She rushed over to take the newborn in.

It's usually best to leave a kitten with its mother until it's weaned, as this raises its chances of survival considerably. But sometimes, the mother either abandons a kitten or litter, or is killed. And sometimes, well-meaning people accidentally take a kitten that only appears to be abandoned.
Dehydrated and covered with fleas, Hank needed help.
Shaw says she really loves the little ones best. They're so tiny and vulnerable that they need the most help.
Also, because they're raised almost from birth by humans, they become very socialized to us and form strong bonds with their human parents.
Hank was so tiny that Shaw initially thought she was boy. It wasn't until her eyes opened days later that she realized the kitten was actually a girl. Now, at three weeks, she's walking – and talking – a lot.
