Kitten was dumped at gas station with little chance of surviving is all grown up and looking great

In August 2016, a man was getting gas in Devon County in southwestern England. He noticed something odd nearby and went to check it out.
That was how he found a litter of four newborn kittens in a box behind the station. They still had their umbilical cords. For unknown reasons, someone had taken them away from their mother and abandoned them. Their mother was nowhere to be found.

The man immediately brought the needy orphans to an animal rescue called Animals in Distress in nearby Ipplepen. There, volunteers gave them round-the-clock care.
Sadly, three of the four kittens in the litter didn't make it. Without the colostrum provided by the mother's milk, the health of newborn kittens is very delicate before they are weaned and these babies died of an infection.
Fortunately, one survived, a tiny Siamese. The rescue named him Champ.
After a rough start, Champ became a very hearty eater who readily took to his bottle feedings. This was probably what helped save him. He began to flourish and grow. He seemed determined to survive and he quickly became a hit on social media.
But Champ's search for his furever home soon took an interesting twist. Instead of being adopted out to a family, Champ found himself becoming the mascot and office cat for Animals in Distress. Now a healthy young adult, he poses on cat trees and dances with volunteers on the rescue's Facebook page.
