At three weeks old, tiny ginger kitten needed love and found it in the arms of another rescue kitty

Unweaned kittens are delicate and need a lot of care. It can be touch and go for an orphan like Otis, an orange tabby who came to Savannah's house as a foster kitten when he was only three weeks old in July 2017.
Savannah took him in and began to bottle-feed him. A day later, she heard about another orphaned kitten Otis' age, a gray tiger named Moose.

Savannah decided to take Moose in, as well, as a companion for Otis. But first, they had to be isolated in case either had any diseases. Once they got a clean bill of health, at four weeks, they were finally introduced to each other.
There were some rough spots initially. Otis and Moose greeted each other with hisses and kitten bops, each startled by the other little stranger. But within hours, they had become fast, lifelong friends, Otis active and playful, Moose affable and laid-back.
Throughout their kittenhood, Otis and Moose became inseparable and very devoted to their foster mom. They followed her everywhere.
Then there came the time when it seemed they would all go their separate ways – Otis and Moose to different homes away from their mom and each other.
But Savannah couldn't bear to part with them, so she ended up adopting them instead.
